Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is a well-known Indian actress best known for the films Beta Saajan, and Hum Aapke Hai Koun, and Beta Saajan. Her career began in the 1980s and came to prominence with her performance in the film Tezaab in which she appeared alongside veteran actor Anil Kapoor. The next time she appeared on the screen was in Dil along with Aamir. In Mumbai her home, she grew up in a family of middle-class parents. When she was a young age, she started to learn dance. As a teenager She began to act and struggled for years because most of her first films were failures. The actress gained fame and was one of India's top film actresses. The actress took a hiatus from her profession due to her marriage, before going back to the entertainment industry. Recently, she was a key player in Gulaab Gang about Indian women. Dixit was awarded fifteen Filmfare Awards nominations, of which eight she won. Padma Shri is the fourth highest civilian honour in India. Her name is well-known for her charitable work as well.
